It feels strange to get paid for training, or rather to go for training. I mean for the most part training is something that the student usually pays for, especially once you hit that college level. (still paying off my last venture there).
Combine that and the fact I haven't had a true vacation for a few years and the nervous excitement is on slow build like a kid at Christmas, or New Years. Not to mention the potential for an adventure along the way.
Unfortunately, I'll be missing out on catching up with an olde school buddy that is traveling with his family to Celephais to visit other kin.
Now if I could just figure out a way to make all the schedules match.

Hmmm vexing siblings - - - hard to say on that one, as it used to be quite the past-time for me.
Come to think about it, it added colorful insights to how we learned how to handle stress and frustration, and new devious techniques of self defense.
