I always make the general assumption that anyone that can access this blog on-line has a general sense of computers. That those little things like turning the computer on, copy/paste, right-click and double-click are well understood.
I admit I have been wrong before - had a tech once who asked me this question once about where the "any" key was while they were doing a software install. I thought they were joking, so I told them to close their eyes and reach out to the keyboard. Then open their eyes to find where the "any" key was.
It's the little things like that which make me nervous - - even more so when I found this link on the Odd Blog.
