A special thanks to my mother who let me hijack her copy of The Deathly Hallows before she had a chance to read it. It's been a long time since I've read that much in so short a time. Nice ending to a pretty good series. Epilogue was a nice touch too.
The added bonus comes later as I expect a fair amount of Potter trivia questioning from my niece later. For now though it just feels good to finish the series.
Although I think Ender and his Shadow will continue to hold the a space or two above dear Harry it was a worthy read either way. Probably one of the few things that happened over the holiday season that didn't required large amounts of cash, or time in a crowd, or anything more virtual than my own brain :P
